ATTENDENCE
Attendance at lectures is
compulsory. Minimum 75% attendance is necessary to sit in the Board/University
Examination. The student who fails to comply with this condition forfeits his
right to sit in the examination.
CLASS TEST AND MID TERM
EXAMINATION
Mid-term examination and class
test are compulsory for all students. Students absenting themselves from these
Tests and Exams without genuine reason and prior intimation to the college and
fined Rs. 100/- per paper.
LIBRARY RULES
The students are issued library
membership cards by the college. All the books borrowed for reference and
recorded at the counter by the librarian. Library books may be borrowed for a
limited time, and are subjected to special charges if not returned which due.
The students will be responsible for replacing the book / books if the issued
books are lost or damaged. Text books are responsibility of students.
PAYMENTS OF TUITION AND OTHER
FEES:
Admission of a student to the
college constitutes a financial contract between the college and the student.
Whereby all payments become obligatory. Failures to make payment of any amount
when it is due are considered sufficient cause to suspend or expel the student.
Fees once paid are not refundable.
FINES:
Leave to student is sanctioned by
the principal of the college on the recommendation of his class tutor up to
seven days.
SANCTION OF LEAVE:
A student is fined Rs.10/-per
lecture/practical and Rs.30 per whole day absence without leave.

BOARD/UNIVERSITY:
All the student must abide by all
the rules and regulations imposed by the BISE, Faisalabad ,
University of The Punjab & Sargodha University
COLLEGE UNIFORM...
All the students are required to
wear the college uniform.
BOY UNIFORM..
Black Pent Light Pink Shirt and
Maroon Necktie.
GIRLS UNIFORM...
Girls are required to wear decent
Shalwar Kameez and Dopatta with Black Scarf keeping in view the acceptable
norms of the society.
Violation of the above code will result in strict
disciplinary action will be taken.
POLICY ON MOBILE PHONE:
It is prohibited to use a mobile a
mobile in the college premises. Any violation will result in disciplinary
action will be taken against the defaulters.
POLICY ON SMOKING:
Suffa College Gojra offers
a pollution free healthy environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the
college premises. Strictly disciplinary action will be taken against the
defaulters.
DISCIPLINARY SUSPENSION OR
DISMISSAL:
The college reserves the right to
suspend or dismiss a student on violation of the rule and regulations or for
conduct inimical to the interest of the college.
ACTS OF INDISCIPLINE AND MISCONDUCT:
The following shall constitute acts of indiscipline and
misconduct for which action may be taken against the student:
1. Breaking of any rule of public
morals such as
· Use of indecent language in the
class room and on the campus.
· Wearing improper and provocative
dress.
· Disorderly behaviour such as
shouting, abusing, quarreling and fighting
· Threats and use of force for any
activity or function.
2. Defiance
3. Inciting or staging a walkout, a strike or any unauthorized procession.
4. Shouting slogans derogatory to the prestige of the college or the
reputation of its teachers and other staff.
5. Use of intoxicants.
6. Keeping of licensed or unlicensed arms on the college campus.
7. Immorality.
8. Loss or damage to college property.
9. Indulging in political or other prejudiced activities on the college
campus.
10. Misbehaving with teacher and other staff of the college.
